BONNICI DON'T READ IT YET I AM CHANGING IT!!!
I used to have a very typical image of what peace was. That sort of man-lying-on-his-back-in-a-sandy-beach-with-no-care-in-the-world image. And I guess this is the easiest way to see it, because honestly, what is peace?
Is peace not having homework?, or maybe, Is peace knowing that your safe?
In a world where a new war starts every month, it’s technically impossible. It’s impossible to not have a care in the world, because your mind does care. In that sandy beach you might be hating your body, or hating the man in the fancier hotel next to you. It’s impossible to shut down our human emotions. We are always going to have fears and things we obsess with.
I personally believe that we are all connected by something, and in a world where loneliness and separation is slowly becoming the norm, we are losing touch to what really matters. I think my happiest days haven’t been on a trip to the Caribbean,
